Just a few steps from starting Chapter 11: Follow Freeman!, you'll be in the crosshairs of a Combine Sniper. There are 5 Snipers in this city block. You'll need to be exceptionally quick to move out of the shot, but once the line of sight is established, you can seize the opportunity dodge. Equip your grenades and get close to each window perch they're crouched in and take them out. You must kill ALL FIVE Snipers here to unlock the achievement. Good luck!
