So here's the 2nd part of my playthrough(well technically the 3rd part) where I test out the Oculus Quest 2 to see if there's a difference in performance as well as the tracking of the hand controls...sadly to say as with everything else in life,there's pros and cons etc,with the Quest 2,I had to lower the native resolution from 1.3 down to 1.0 in order to get an acceptable framerate,which is odd because when I used the Reverb,I was able to run this game with not only a higher native resolution,but I also had a much better framerate...the only downside with using the Reverb is the poor tracking quality with the hand controls...which pissed me off royally,especially when getting shot at by Columbine shooters lol (sorry I know it's Combine,but I just couldn't resist the reference) so yeah....sighs,decisions decisions...I honestly prefer the higher framerate and the crisper visuals(not to mention the better video recording quality via recording via openvr)...I'm going to try to see if I can improve the hand tracking...maybe if I reinstall the WMR app(or re-do the tracking) or the WMR for Steam VR games,it might just do the trick?If anyone watches this and actually reads the video's description,please let me know....anyways,as usual,enjoy the video and please consider liking and subscribing because Youtube is apparently shadowbanning me for some odd reason lol I mean,how else can you explain the extremely low view count when I have close to 2K subs(which I know,it isn't alot but I've seen content creators with only a few subscribers,and only a handful of videos,getting hundreds if not thousands of views...I have well over 400 videos smh) There's definately something fishy with the algorithm...which I suspect,it's not really that,and it's actual real flesh and blood people at Youtube that are censoring content creators that they don't like and they're using the algorithm as an excuse,can I prove it?No...but the data just doesn't add up,and there's ALOT of people,even big name creators that are coming forward with this info...censorship due to biased behavior and favoritism along with the sheer double standards and hypocrisy(people with millions of subs can post whatever and say whatever they want,well almost) is a huge problem on here...which explains the growing exodus of creators moving to other platforms like Rumble etc anyhow,enough of my rambling...at this point,I honestly don't even care anymore,playing games and making videos keeps me busy,helps me retain what's left of my sanity and keeps me out of trouble so,I'm just happy that I atleast have that...atleast for now.
