Half-Life: Opposing Force done without taking any damage on the Hard difficulty setting at 100 fps (default) in 31 segments. No glitches were used.

This video is intended to be a game walkthrough, for the most part. Some specific strategies were used to avoid taking damage at any cost.

Notes:
-This was played through the unpatched Steam version of the game. Game OSTs were edited in after recording for a better viewing experience.
-At the beginning of the game I had this weird glitch with the explosives in slot 5 where I could not equip them untill I picked them up for a second time, but that didn't really affect the strategies I used in any way.
-At 49:05 I decided to lower the game volume due to the overly loud crates for a better viewing experience.
