-No unlockable items were used.
-No glitches were used (picking up items and using doors through walls, etc).
-Default game settings (no fullbright or extra fov).
This video is intended to be a game walkthrough, for the most part. Some specific strategies were used to avoid taking damage at any cost.

Notes:
-The damage taken at 23:32 is unavoidable and it doesn't count towards the "Overall damage taken" stat (as seen in the 'Statistics and grade' screen at 2:06:46).
-By the end of the "Train Ride" section on Segment 4 (Save 3) I still had plenty of Glock ammo left, so there's no need to conserve it as much as I did.
-At 1:41:25 there's a Glock magazine right behind me which I didn't saw, therefore not requiring you to get more ammo from the Suiciders to kill the Doctor.
-Dual wielding the Knife with the Mobile Phone will deal a bit less damage (which I only found out after finishing the run).
-Dual wielding the Nightstick with the Mobile Phone will make Simon swing slightly faster, but the damage dealt is the same.
-You can save up to 5 times to get the S Rank but I decided to only save 4 for the extra challenge.
