Get Apache 3 here, (Don't forget to untick "update TOC" and tick "Ignore File Size Difference").

Make a file called CONFIG.CFG and paste this in: http://pastebin.com/J2dWUfnT
Save it and replace the CONFIG.CFG in the VALVE folder in the ISO.
