When the original Xbox Live(Ver 1.0) was shut down back in April of 2010, it sucked big time to see the giant, that was, and is Halo 2, the definitive console multiplayer experience taken offline, it was the game that pushed me to want to get a 360, after some real solid gaming sessions over at a few buddies houses, and I knew I had to pick up this PC ported version from 2007 after that.
Halo 2 PC, although, while a decent port, just is not a very good multiplayer game for the modern PC player, it's got performance issues, and really isn't all that great of a game, compared to the wealth of even just free titles out there. 343 Industries has decided to shut down the multiplayer servers for this game, come February 15th 2013, about 26 days away from this video posting. I'm going to be off and on until then trying to get my achievements, and I hope you will be too.
