Just like the Phantom Hunters achievement and the What About Those Tanks, same basic idea with this one! After completing One Alpha Site and getting back to Mombasa Streets, start out by heading towards the left underground tunnel. From there you will melee the first two sleeping grunts, maneuver to the right and try to hide behind the vehicle. After that, try to avoid being noticed by the brute, and you should be able to take out the last three grunts to claim the achievement. If you do get noticed like I was, have no fear, the amount of sleeping grunts you melee will carryover to your next restart. So after I killed the first three grunts, restarted, and killed the next two, I was able to claim the achievement.
