This one requires some patience, but once executed correctly the achievement will be yours! Towards the beginning of Tayari Plaza you're going to reach a destroyed warthog and two UNSC officials. Approach the first official and listen to his full conversation before leaving. After you gives you the instructions to flank the covenant, navigate through the hallways and up the stairs to a small balcony off to the side of the battle. Once the officials open fire on the brutes, wait a few seconds then fire as well. This will give the Two Places, Same Time Achievement.
