164These are variants from a prototype called supply lines. Based on what I've seen it looks like an early prototype of the vehicle and weapon delivery systems at the FOBs. The blue item on the Scorpion is called an explosive_charge_pickup. It a piece of cut equipment that looks to be a remote detonation charge.
