Problem: Unlimited framerate causes bullets to exit the reticle.
Temporary solution: 60 FPS cap causes bullets to hit within the reticle.
Intended Mechanic: As long as you don't hold down the Right Trigger or Left Mouse Button, no bullets should exit the reticle.
The possible reason why this occurs? I think when you spam too fast, the game believes you are actually holding down the left mouse button or right trigger down.

I made a macro that spams each click with a delay of 50 milliseconds between each click. I did this with anti-cheat off in a private match.
With unlimited FPS, I get bloom/spread that exceeds past the reticle.
With the 60 FPS cap, the pistol's spread works as intended.
