Library. Oh man. At least it looks different and the name of the level is true.

With that said, the namesake of it is shown as soon as you spawn. Two squads of Spec Ops on you and I've only found one way to somewhat consistently survive depending on their actions. I don't think I need to explain my method because it's literally a few seconds into the video.

Next part where Spark hovers a door to the next area is another hard part that I see no other ways to get past it without waiting for either the Flood or Covenant wiping out. Why? If you fight the Flood, those Pistol Elites will either frag or shred you. If you deal with the Covenant, Rocket Flood. Running past is also not an option because of 1. Sniper Jackals and 2. You'll have to deal with a large amount of enemy spawns. Not fun.

The rest of the Library is not all that bad if you follow how Library usually goes, run and gun for the Flood and what not. Then there's Sniper Jackals in long corridors with no cover in the middle and only both sides has them. Problem is pushing towards them. If you have no Sniper on you, this becomes a nuisance to deal with. There is also a Camo Rocket Grunt or two somewhere which is also another problem.

Honestly when I found out that there's vehicles in this level, I was damn surprised. I'm not sure how if ever one is supposed to use them on Legendary or against Rocket Flood but still.

Then there's hardest part of this level. 1:08:20. Man I really, really do not know how else to do this. It's the same problem as the first floor with the waiting game but worse. Remember the Custom Elite at the beginning of Guilty Spark? Yeah. He's back for the last time (Thank fuck for that) and you know where he is? The end of the corridor that you have to go to right before taking a turn to the left to proceed with the level. So in other words, you cannot rush through them, you cannot shoot him either because that attracts all the Rocket Flood and they are far out enough to never aggro each other. You must have Plasma Grenades for this. I do not see any other way out of this. Remember, The Custom Elite cannot be killed once you are seen by him. Because you are dead the moment he shoots even once.

The final part of the level is also another difficult one. Sniper is almost a necessary weapon to have in order to take out the Crimson Elite and cut down the numbers. Rockets to take out the two Wraiths although it just makes it easier to do so and two Ultra Hunters. Yeah. I don't have a strategy here honestly. Hell this entire level is YOLO.

As you probably can tell, I don't really know what to say for this level. It's a mash and a mess of a description. Does not help that I uploaded all these videos for more than 2 weeks and still not writing them down.
