The 9th Happy Wheels character is Pogostick Man, released on Friday the 13th. Special guest vocals were done by Uberhaxornova.

Sorry if this video isn't all that great. I've been pretty busy this week with server issues due to new traffic. Hopefully that can be taken care of soon.

Pogostick Man is pretty unique with controls, so here is a brief explanation:

Use up and down to lean slightly and bounce forward and backward. Hold spacebar to charge the pogostick and release to jump. This will cause you to bounce much higher than normal.

Use left and right to manually lean. The character already balances automatically, so only use this if you want to override that and do flips or roll around on the ground like a moron. It may also save you from missing a jump that would be hard to reach otherwise. If you lean in the air, you'll only begin to auto balance again if you press up / down or touch the ground again with the pogostick.

Like Segway guy, Shift will cause Pogostick Man to stand up, and Ctrl will have him crouch. You can also reattach to your vehicle by grabbing the handles after ejecting with Z.
