HARD DRIVIN' - on the Commodore 64. Published by Domark in 1989. Based on the arcade coin-op from Atari Games in 1989. I presume they at least looked at it any way. Wasn't for very long if they did.

As usual, it's not about perfect game play, but easing stress, having some fun and seeing what the game would have felt like on your first or second go.
