like last time, its a special video about final bout, this time its a showcase of the kinda-not-existing character Super Baby!

You cant unlock him in any legit way, dont let google or any forums fool you. The character is exclusively available with cheat codes, aka if you play on an emulator :)

Since he isnt supposed to exist (as a playable character), he comes with various limitations:

He cannot jump, you will instantly lose control and cant do anything until the enemy attacks you.
he cannot dash or fly, same as above.
meteor combos are not possible, neither for you or your opponent. both characters will freeze when anyone tries it
BEAM CLASHES are possible, however deflecting it (square and circle) doesnt work and absorbing (x and triangle) also doesnt work.

This is TOSE's (the developer) second Dragon Ball fighting game on the PS1... it's almost a "sequel" to their first game, Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Battle 22. The main differences to this and the "prequel" is that the characters in-fight consist of 3D models, and the roster of characters is far smaller.

The gameplay is very similar to DBZ:UB22, where you have the usual moves, Chi moves and special moves. New features include the Meteo combos and "counter-Kamehameha" moves where the "victim" can decide to avoid, block or counter the moves before they hit.
