Hardcore Mode is a new way to play video games! In this series, I will be under a number of particular challenges during certain parts of the game. After I defeat a gym leader, the challenges will change.
Until I defeat Lt Surge, I can only have Bug, Dark, Ghost or Poison type Pokemon or Rattata in my party and I cannot have any snake Pokemon or catch any new Pokemon. In this episode that leaves me with Beedrill, Ivysaur and Oddish.
