Hardcore Mode - Super Mario Galaxy Part 8 (BOWZAR)

Welcome to the newest edition of Hardcore Mode - Mario Galaxy! As usual, there is a list of challenges below that will all be used multiple times in the playthrough! Also, unlike Mario 64, I will be 100%ing this game so this is gonna be a long one!

PACIFIST RUN
No attacking any enemies whatsoever.
NO Z OR B
Since there are no codes involved in this playthrough, this is the 'no long jump' code. And since I'm so used to using Z and B, it's gonna be quite a challenge getting through a level without using any of them.
BUDDHIST RUN
Don't collect coins or Star Bits or defeat enemies.
MINIMALIST RUN
No doing ANYTHING that isn't required for the Power Star. No coins, Star Bits, defeating enemies - nothing!
NO MUSHROOMS
This challenge is reserved for boss fights to make it a bit tougher.
NO CAMERA
Without a Mario Camera like the one in Mario 64, this is the only alternative: no altering the camera AT ALL. Stationary camera all the way through!
SIX MINUTES
I set a timer of six minutes and I have to beat that level in six minutes! I chose this time based on the speed-run comets.
NO SPINNING
Like the No Z or B Challenge, this one plays on a common habit in this game. Spinning essentially serves as a second jump (not unlike FLUDD in Mario Sunshine) so playing without that is going to be interesting.
NO DAMAGE RUN
Exactly what it says - don't take damage!
NO CHECKPOINT
This is another challenge reserved for boss fights. In most of the boss missions, the game sets a checkpoint just before the boss. So if I lose at the boss, I have to quit out of the galaxy and go back to it from the start.
NO COINS AND/OR NO STAR BITS
Coins are everywhere - and so are Star Bits! The Star Bits will be easier to deal with than the coins since you can just shoot them back out with the wii remote - the coins, not so much!
