Scottish Bex is back in Episode 10 of her Hardspace Shipbreaker solo series, and things are getting tense on the yard — and not just because of the ships.

With Demo Charges now unlocked at Cutting Rank 10, the tools for serious dismantling are finally here. But not everyone’s thrilled. DeeDee makes her concerns clear, voicing objections to their use — only to have HAL retaliate by cutting off her communications with home. It’s a chilling move, and one that leaves the team feeling uneasy, especially Kaito.

Meanwhile, Bex has a job to do: break down the Young Carrier, a massive Javelin Tanker formerly owned by Lynx Transport, and valued at a whopping $24.2 million. The ship is packed with fuel blocks, layered in hazard upon hazard — and it’s only a matter of time before something goes wrong.

And go wrong it does. A huge explosion rocks the ship mid-salvage — but miraculously, Bex survives. No death, no clone bay this time... just a very bruised ego and a serious hit to the salvage total. How much did the blast cost her? And will she get out of this contract with anything near the full value intact?
