At the end of Part 4, Bertrand revealed he knows something crucial, but to get him to talk, we need the music box from the vision. The problem? It’s now in the hands of a high-security, unstable patient. How will we pacify him? And the music box winder… it’s lodged deep inside the throat or stomach of a now-deceased cellmate. Getting it won’t be pretty, but first, we need to figure out who this man was.

With access to the other half of the first floor, and Lenny cleaning another section, we continue our search for answers. Does Lenny know anything about the cellmate? Maybe, but we can’t find him. Dr. Miller, however, is no help—he doesn't seem to care.
