Hari the Mantis | The Day He Moved In!
1Throwback Thursday to the day I got Hari the Mantis!
Hari was my first pet mantis and everything was new for both him and me. Mom helped me bring him home and filmed the first part as I needed both hands to get the damned box untaped and open. She hates bugs, but she fell in love with this adorkable boi. ^^
He had managed to damage his eye quite horribly just days before I got him and I knew it was an injury he would likely never recover from, but I knew I was the sort of person who would treat him as a beloved pet and take care of this poor handicapped bug.
I got him as a subadult in June 2017 and he lived until October that same year.
