There has finally been some progress in the lawsuit filed against Harebrained Schemes and Piranha Games by Harmony Gold. In a motion for summary judgement against Harmony Gold, we find that their litigious nature via an arbitration resolved recently might have left the Robotech Copyright Holders with not much footing to stand on from a legal sense and as such, the Battletech IP might finally be in a position to have this Harmony Gold Copyright nonsense reach a positive resolution after over 25 years.
