It was announced earlier this week that the lawsuit between Imagos Softworks is over. With a settlement between Alex Mauer and Imagos, the lawsuit is dismissed with prejudice and the settlement itself completely favors Imagos and Starr Mazer DSP. As a result, no further DMCA strikes can legally be filed by Mauer as the copyright is proven to be owned by Imagos.
