Harrassment by FCPD for Beesting incident!

So some fairfax county cops on friday harassed me after going to the pool 2 miles away. Right after I came from the pool I got inside the car with a bee. I got a bee sting in my car. It felt like my hand was on fire. I did nt say I had a beesting because I was rushed and the officer was intimidating. I also have LD which means learning disabilities, I react slow, dont think, and cant really explain myself when im harassed for going 39 on a 25. Mind you, I did nt go 40. I could nt even put on my seat belt because the wrist hurt. They didn't let me explain because they threatened me for a 200 dollar ticket since I only had a permit on me. You can also ask the 711 clerk, I was there later that day with a moped buying beer because alcohol stops the pain of a bee sting and I could not find my pain reliever. Bottom line is my wrist was stiff, and I unknowingly could not move it. I could nt grip my hand. The pool was 2 miles away and my mom let me use her car. But the clutch was nt going on 3rd, and the wrist was stiff. People later that day would also see me going back and forth with the moped because I couldn't turn. It was a small electromagnetic (not electric, it recharges off grid, teslas dont do that, your electric vehicles will not do that), and technically is not registered but it drives fine compared to the gas (later on that day I was going to 711). Going right on Soapstone from Glade pool. Was infact going to make an another attempt to put the seatbelt on at the next light, hence the car beeps heavily indicating no seatbelt. Was caught off guard. Soapstone was where I was 'pooled' over on 7.13.2018. Im in the process of getting a license. Also the term friday the 13th doesnt have anything to do with this. Only the term harrassment by the FCPD. I could nt get out of the vehicle without being stung and the bees would nt get out. I sat on one and it went under my wet towel I had on. If I moved a bee would sting and was crawling on my skin. I moved to start the car and it stung me. The Only solution was to keep it moving keep moving hence there were AT LEAST two bees or 3. I parked near a hive next to a bench or something.

Why not hav a driver's license? Well I just don't like the yearly fees. Say its 32 dollars and not 10 like a temp license. The fee will be 50 dollars in 5 years, 60 in 10. Thats 15 dollars every 5 years. Or get a 90 day temp license for 10. And a permit is only like 20 dollars for permanent use of mopeds. My temp license expired..but Im renewing it before the judge. Anyways I stated to the officer I was in the process of getting one which is true. They also threatened me of a mysterious 200 dollar ticket like twice. Yet did not give me a chance for explanation.

PS I wouldve posted this at the time of the incident but I had to buy beer, and drank it that following day. I took pics of the bee sting, with a video of the actual time but I only had a cellphone on me where my cellphone has a clock (ie date and time are important), but how do I film with the filming device? I got a bee sting becus the bees in my car and stung me after starting the car outside the parking lot. I finally had let the bees out by speeding a little. THE BEE AFTER STINGING ME DID NT LET ME PUT A SEAT BELT ON. I COULD NT MOVE OR THEY WOULD STING AGAIN. The cops pressured me to talk, without explanation I believe. He didn't even ask why I couldn't put on a seat belt and slammed me with two summons. The incident occurred an hour before this video at 3:07pm. The only reason why Im so submissive as well, is cus I dont have a lot of money, I support myself on craigslist if anywhere. So I wraped a cloth to stop blood flow and added baking soda to the wound, and the swelling disappeared... But next time I'll try to BEEHave. I tried to stop drop and roll but any movement would be another sting. I rolled down my windows at 40, and the bees went right out. NO RULE FOR BODILY INJURY DURING DRIVING WIERD DMV=DMB.

About Soapstone, I know the area is a frequent speedtrap. I always look at the center and may have reacted but the cops were hiding on the top of the hill under shade off their bikes, which they never do. BTW 30mph should be designated for a road that wide. I guess it was hunting season for the bee patrol. The cop also parked away from my vehicle, let me have it running. Claimed I almost hit them qoute he said, "You didn't see me". Left without attendance, so I could have drove it home. IDK, grade Cs or D newbies. I knew they were new. They get money from Soapstone speeding tickets. CAUTION MISSING CIVILIAN BEEs.

Conclusion: Im gonna say no contest maybe get a few pts& a charge but the officer said I had to do something about it, like get a license, or say i reregistered my moped, i couldnt drive it that day because it was nt registered. Cant get a license cus family stole certificate, and sold passport for drugs at one time or another.
