It's Harrier Attack on the Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Written by M.A.Richardson. Developed and Published by Durrell Software in 1983. A 2D sideways scroller and suspect Flight Simulator, you must take off in a Harrier Jump Jet, infiltrate enemy territory and then bomb a town for some reason. Some say it is based loosely on the Falklands War. Maybe.
