Jamaica X-Plane currently has 438 hours of work dedicated to building & designing. It is 49.225X the Build Limit, PLUS the lake extension build limit and is being built on the PS5, with the NEXT- GEN update. I have also begun work on the lakeside extension of this build. The build bar is moving, but VERY slowly. It is my educated answer, that the build bar for the lake extension workshop, is actually equal to around 10-20 build limits. I will have to play this by ear, as this is uncharted territory for me... doubling up workshops close to one another. This would never have been possible witht the PS4 version of the game, but Bethesda did a great job in compartmentalizing the different load areas, and giving priority rendering to objects. So, great job Bethesda on the next-gen update.

This settlement build began in November of 2024.
