The Dell Optiplex 3020 i7 4770K is benchmarked against the custom overclocked i5 4670K at 4.5ghz.
Both use the same overclocked GTX 1070, both use 16gb DDR3 ram 1600 with 11-11-11-28-1T timings. Both have SSD's and Windows 10.
One is air cooled, the other has a liquid cooled CPU.
The i5 is on an Asus Republic of Gamers Maximus VI Hero Z87 Motherboard
Both can be built for between £300 and £350 at todays current parts prices.
