Someone on the Dell Optiplex Facebook page was asking if it was possible to play with Haswell Integrated Graphics on their i5 Opti. I didn't think it would work at least not very well. I switched to DX11 low fidelity mode, set the refresh rate at 60fps and resolution at 720p with view distance on medium. It's not pretty (not on the 42" TV I used at least) but it works.
You do need more than 8gb of RAM ideally as the IGP uses the system memory as VRAM. This CPU is overclocked but I'm pretty sure any i5 Haswell will give the same results.
