Hate Eating? Then Invest in 'Soylent' Lazy Superfood!
Software engineer Rob Rhinehart became famous on the internet for giving up traditional food and just eating 'Soylent'- a powdered mixture of vitamins and minerals that supposedly provides all the nutritional value one would need in a day. It's made of ingredients in their raw chemical form, with sweet flavoring added later.
Rhinehart ingests most of his meals as Soylent, but doesn't expect most people who buy the product to have it as much-- it's supposed to inexpensively replace non-social meals and be more effiecient, require less cleaning and preparation, and cause less food waste. That being said, would you try Soylent?
Thousands of people have already invested on the product's crowd-funding site to try it out. Will Soylent hold on to its popularity?
