+ There is no click and drag. Simple click and click interface (good for eye tracker gamers.)
+ Grid mode button
+ Alternate colorblind displays (colors AND text to differentiate, highlight mode)
* Moveable/swappable (left to right) UI tiles (info and building)
* Needs a "hint" button for when you can't find a match so the game doesn't drag while you're searching. (EDIT: As of 1.2, there is a hint button! Huzzah!)
