For the disabled interested in buying Hogwarts Legacy: Keyboard and Mouse has turned out to be much more accessible to me, personally, than controller (much to my own disappointment.)

+ Menu narration
-+ Different voices
+ Disable camera shake
+ Colorblind presets (there are better ways to achieve this. Presets are a band-aid solution. Alternative ideas can be found in the link above.)
+ SOME Toggle/Hold options
+ Left-handed control options
+ MANY audio visualizer options
+ Text size options
+ High contrast text
+ High contrast visual mode (which shuts off during cutscenes no less.)
+ Spatial audio
+ FOV slider
+ Toggle of the following: Motion blur, Depth of field, Chromatic Aberration, Film grain
+ Rumble toggle
+ In-depth camera options (inversions, flight controls, etc.)
+ Auto-tageting
+ Outlining interactables
+ Visual indicator of when to parry
+ Rebindable PC keys (ONLY)

- The dreaded cursor menu (kiss of death for accessibility)
- Some forced hold-button prompts
- No alternative way to learn spells. You HAVE to have eyes and motor control to be able to learn spells.
- No alternative way to cast spells. You HAVE to hold the buttons down.
- No blind-friendly audio cues for combat.
- No combat sound slider
- No audio cues for wisps in tutorial
- The map is wholly unreadable for the visually impaired
- No rebinding controllers. Only preset for right/left hands
- Some quests are impossible to do if you lack eyesight. Depending on the quest, I feel as if this could be fixed with audio cues.
- Equipping spells REQUIRES a held button (mouse or select button if using controller)
- Shopping requires a held button (for no reason.)
- Migraine issues involving tinnitus and poorly pitch-shifted voices. Slight tinniness. And then there's the character voice...
- Dodge and Parry visuals are too close in color.
- Stealth is wholesale inaccessible. No icons. No cones. Nothing.
- High-contrast mode mutes the visual indicator for parrying and dodging. That needs to be bugfixed IMMEDIATELY

* Protego bubbles could, in addition to being color-coded, be audio-coded.
* Golden Navpoint could have an optional audio ping to help with navigation (beeps or sustained note)
-* Option for more visible navpoint trail
-* Camera snap to navpoint (credit to glitchedvision)
* Option for traditional menus instead of exclusively cursor menus
* Option to enable the nav assist at the start as an accessibility feature (because it really is one) instead of unlocking later (credit to Illegallysighted)
* Hotkey to turn on/off high-contrast visuals (credit to illegallysighted)
* Alternate means of learning spells for those with disabilities (automatic movement and audio cues for pressing buttons?)
* Alternate means of casting spells (toggle spell menu?)
* Combat sounds with audio slider (audio ping for parry along with visual indicator and a way to turn said sound way up.)
* Alternate, high-contrast map options (outlines of routes/walls/etc. instead of muddy filled-in colors.)
-* [13:51] +IllegallySighted: It needs snap movement to cycle through icons on the map, and way to filter between things like main objective, side quests, fires, etc.
* Option for zooming minimap out/full screen minimap
* Audio cue quest items? (IE gobstones)
* Option for toggling hold/click for equipping spells and shopping (for shopping, instead of hold, add a prompt for no-hold option.)
* Customizable battle/exploration colors (dodge/parry colors, bubble colors, treasures and interactables) instead of colorblind presets
* Accessibility revelio. Basically, it'd be a low-grade always-on revelio for interactables/chests right next to you. Kind of a halfway between full high contrast mode and regular play.
*Stealth ideas
-* Icons over enemies' heads (toggle) if they can be seen by the player (IE no icons through walls)
-* vision cones (spell?) that shows where the enemies are looking (a good example of this can be seen in Mass Effect 3's Citadel DLC)
