Having a Gorrorble Time - Wizardry 7 Crusaders of the Dark Savant | Expert Import - Ep 96
15Wizardry VII Crusaders of the Dark Savant is a CRPG dungeon crawler released for DOS in 1992. It is a direct sequel to Wizardry VI Bane of the Cosmic Forge. Crusaders takes everything about Bane and turns it up to 11 - improved and more varied graphics, a large open world to explore, actual music, and more. There are even NPC's that wander the world striving to complete their own goals. The game's mechanics remain largely the same as they were in 6. It also possible to import your characters from Bane into Crusaders (which we will do for this playthrough). Our party arrives on Lost Guardia on the heels of the Dark Savant - an evil cosmic lord. We seek an ancient artifact, the Astral Dominae, rumored to have the power to create - or destroy - an entire universe. Surely we can't let such a powerful object fall into the wrong hands.
We're playing the DOS version of the game in DOSBOX, with music created by a Roland CM-64.
