Testing this a bit more its possible hayatos infinite works vs some other characters however, might take some finagling. Its bad enough getting the HP to juggle is a complete bastard but some characters you can go to far forward seemingly and the kick will wiff and not juggle.. also for whatever reason sometimes as well depending on how you hit the kick, the kick will not combo to stab part, however as shown here even if stab doesnt combo, you do get the no push back, forced chicken blockish situation which then lets you cancel to throw automatically which is kinda neat...
Also shown of course is guard break to black hayato which i talked about long ago. Again does a shit load damage and even if you dont do double which again is a bit fuzzy anyway since im not sure if that legit works with rolling on vs everyone. He does have some other guard breaks to of course but they seem kinda sketchy, like you can do stuff into DP even as well however its very finicky.. However if it was more realistic it would also let you do potentially those full screen black hayato stuff, but again it seems very finicky at best.
Anyway again overall hayato is kinda interesting to me, because he does sorta theoretically explode whoever he is vsing off a single hit. It would be interesting to see if he ever could get played to that level. But meh.. who knows.
