Description:
Lloyd, Randy, Elie, and Tio are new recruits in the Crossbell Police Department's Special Support Section, a division that operates almost exactly like the Bracers in a bid to increase the police's popularity. Turns out completing the daily urgent quest will result in Coppe being unavailable for feeding until the next day. I freaked out when I thought I lost my chance this chapter to feed Coppe.
For today's end-of-day quest, you have to find Colin Hayworth, who got separated from his parents because he was following a parade float and boarded a truck. Renne helps the SSS find Colin, even if it means exposing her identity as the hacker "Kitty."
On West Crossbell Highway, the SSS will find Colin surrounded by a bunch of wolves. Renne takes out two of them with her scythe and carries Colin away from the battlefield, leaving the rest for the SSS.

Fortunately, Colin isn't an escort character, so you only need to focus on killing the wolves.
Afterwards, we bring Colin to the SSS annex to rest. The Harold and Sophia Hayworth are about to come over, and Renne isn't ready to face her biological family, so Lloyd has her hide in a closet. The Hayworths reveal that they never intended to abandon Renne and that they had to leave her with a friend to protect her from debt collectors. Unfortunately, Renne got kidnapped and their friends' house was burned down, so they presumed she was dead. They nearly lost their reason to live, until they realized Sophia was pregnant with Colin.
Renne gives the SSS an invitation to the Schwarze Auction and then leaves, just as the Bright siblings entered the building. The Brights tell the SSS about Renne's prior affiliation with Ouroboros, which is a somewhat abrupt way to reveal the existence of the Society to a noob team.
The next day, the SSS plans to infiltrate the auction, and going to the ferry at the harbor will initiate that plan. Now is your last chance to feed Coppe for this chapter. If you were patient enough to wait until the last day, you can feed him the Demon Catfish to get Action 3 early.
