POWER LAUNCHERS & POWER BLOWS
Newcomers will see the term Power Launcher used in the video. Here's a quick overview. Power Launchers and Power Blows are big moves that do a lot of damage. You have to hold down the command buttons, and the commands vary by character. Power Launchers and Power Blows are only usable once per round, and can only be triggered when your health is under 50% (when the health bar is flashing red).
