5After a year no bag work videos, I figured now is a good time to upload! Since the last video, I fractured the periosteum of my left middle knuckle and needed to let it heal. Because of that, I haven't been throwing a lot of reckless power into the bag (which is still 90 something pounds) and I've been working more on technique, balance, and footwork. There's still much to be worked on, but at least I can, at long last, update on my progress!
