Heil PR22-UT Dynamic microphone Review: Move over SM58
16Today we take a closer look at an AWESOME handheld dynamic mic, the Heil Sound PR22 UT handheld dynamic microphone. This is the third handheld dynamic mic we’ve had on the channel, but this one features the widest frequency range we’ve seen thus far. This is personally now one of my favorite mics, and really give the Blue enCore and Shure SM57/58 a run for their money. This is a handheld mic, but that doesnt mean you can’t use this beauty in the studio, and honestly, thats where it shines! With amazing rear rejection, great clean vocals, and a warm smooth sound, this mic is right at home in the studio. Should you be considering switching mics to a dynamic, consider this one, it’s that good. -Whiteshadow
