14:49 Obviously he can't consume that card because it wasn't on his discard pile... You only put the cards you played during the turn on the discard pile at the END of the turn, not when you play them!
Still, he had other cards equal to that one in the discard pile so it would have worked the same but wanted to let you know that the cards played don't go immediately to the discard pile because that can make a BIG difference!
