[help to solve] NFS Shift - very weird problem - "slow profile" vs "fast profile"

**The problem is this - iv a profile that im playing with and progressed very well, but now slightly after iv got to Tier3, the game runs very slow and buggy - the weird thing is that iv created a new profile [with same exact graphics settings] and its running in normal speed and everything.
what can that be? how to solve
