Henderson: Ubisoft's PvP action Project Q has been cancelled
According to journalist Tom Henderson, Ubisoft has cancelled the development of the PvP action game Project Q.
It's unclear if Project Q is included in the list of the three games that Ubisoft officially announced the cancellation of.
The game had been in development and even recruited testers, with Henderson previously stating that development was ongoing.
The cancellation of the project seems to have been sudden for all involved. A farewell message was posted on the testers' Discord server.
There is little official information about the game, but based on leaked gameplay, many had speculated that the project would be another battle royale game, however, Ubisoft stated that there were plans for various PvP modes for Project Q.
The publisher has not yet commented on the cancellation information, and Henderson is waiting for someone from the developers to contact him anonymously.
