Notes:

2. I ended the level with 22/21 items. This is caused by picking up an extra artifact which can be randomly dropped by certain enemy types. Most often, this is a Tome of Power dropped by a Disciple. However, it is also possible for an Iron Lich to drop a Morph Ovum, or a Maulotaur to drop a Mystic Urn.
