Notes:
1. Since there is no intermission screen on this level, I've added a custom script that displays the kills, items, and secrets.
2. I ended the level with 24/22 kills. D'Sparil causes a few errors in the kill count. The first is that you actually kill D'Sparil twice, but he is only considered one monster. This normally leaves you with 23/22 kills. In addition to this, any Disciples that are spawned by D'Sparil cause the counter to go even further past 22. In this fight, he only spawned one Disciple, leaving the counter at 24.
3. I ended the level with 15/14 items. This is caused by picking up an extra artifact which can be randomly dropped by certain enemy types. Most often, this is a Tome of Power dropped by a Disciple. However, it is also possible for an Iron Lich to drop a Morph Ovum, or a Maulotaur to drop a Mystic Urn.
