The word "run" is probably misleading; this is not a speedrun or even a strategy video. A lot of what I do is stupid if you're going for score or speed. For one thing I am way too scared of TNT.

This is played in Game Room for Xbox 360. This game was just made available in Game Room, and I highly recommend it!! Also, if you want score or speed strategy the leaderboards are a much better source of video advice than this.

I played stage 1 weirdly to show something I learned today: Even if you're out of TNT it is possible but time-consuming to break through walls. I'm sure all the avid players of H.E.R.O. already knew that.

Well, I got through the first 11 levels without dying :) so this part doesn't include any cheating. (No deaths through the first 11 levels is not a major achievement.) I wasn't going to put the video up until I got through the first 10 without dying, so you'll see that I was overly cautious especially in levels 8 and 10.
