The hardest but also the best mission (in my opinion) in the game, you will really need to clear out all enemies and fight a Japanese ace using his new shiny toy plane that moves quite fast. Either use the bearcat or the tempest for this.

The bearcat will allow you to be much more maneuverable than the tempest, but the tempest has much more damaging firepower than the bearcat. Both planes are good in terms of armor as well. I would avoid using the black widow, P38 lightning or any other squishy plane as it just does not cut the job in terms of armor.
