You explore an island with various locations and dungeons; kill enemies and bosses; complete quests and puzzles.
As you progress, you get money and loot to equip your hero with new weapons and armor. In addition, you get experience points to unlock new abilities and improve your character's stats/skills.
When your hero dies, you can return to the place of death or pay to return to the city. If you have a teleportation crystal, you can return to the city at any time.
In the city, you can visit merchants and bank to put your things in the chest and and clear space in your inventory.
