A complete rewrite of my old ripper, packed with more useless features than ever. A quick rundown:
- Runs a bajillion times faster
- In addition to HE4 and DMU, supports HE1 (sound effects) and HE2 (dialog)
- Fixed inaccurate rips for certain sounds (e.g. Max Wellington's songs in Putt-Putt Travels Through Time)
- Added optional IMA ADPCM decoding and amplitude normalization
- Code looks slightly less like it was written by a trained monkey

What I'm getting at here is if you have the old ripper, you should just delete it right now and pretend it never existed. If you run into problems with the program, contact me at the address in the readme file, or just leave a comment.
