This is the hex editing series of videos I promised previously, in which I discuss how to play Romance of the Three Kingdoms VIII for the PS2 on the PCSX2 emulator via PC (using the 1.0.0 version), and then use the HxD hex editor to change many of the things you want in the game (in this one, how to customize attributes, skills, tactics, and everything else in New Officer creation except for friends, compatibility, and parents). Skip to 8:08, if you like, if you are already familiar with the PCSX2 emulator.

Later, when the hex editing videos are all complete, I will post a link to a Google Drive file containing the cheat table with all the addresses found in the videos, so that you can utilize and change them easily from here on in. That is, of course, assuming your ISO for RoTK8 is the same as mine, and that different computer systems do not have an effect on address locations within HxD .
