Hexen is a medieval FPS released in 1995 by Raven Software, utilizing a more advanced version of the Doom engine. It is the sequel to Heretic, even though it takes place in a completely different world. In Kronos, the world of Hexen, Korax has invaded the world and brought it under his rule, giving unholy power to the leaders of the Legion, the Church, and the Arcanum, and causing chaos throughout the lands of Kronos.
