Tom Henderson claims that early footage of Overdose contains Margaret Qualley, who worked with Hideo Kojima before on Death Stranding. Footage depicts Hideo Kojima's new horror game in third-person, but it’s been suggested that the game can be played in first-person too. A jump scare at the end of the footage shows the words GAMEOVER followed by A Hideo Kojima Game and OVERDOSE. So, is Hideo Kojima's next title a horror game with Margaret Qualley?
