And finally, this weekend brought us the League of Legends Worlds Semifinals.
(Note, some spoilers coming up!)
On Saturday we saw Samsung Blue going up against their sister team Samsung White to determine who goes to the finals. Unfortunately for Samsung Blue, White was on fire from the beginning, steamrolling Blue in three games, with the final one lasting only twenty-three minutes.

Sunday’s series was far more suspenseful, when Star Horn Royal Club went up against OMG, in a knock-down drag-out five game match that had the two teams at each other’s throats from the very first minutes. Both teams ignored the usual opening of going to gain experience in their lanes and joined up for a big five-on-five teamfight in the jungle.
