Made to try and get some help from Elite on the magnets not moving on an Elite Suito with newest firmware. Cut out showing personal info on phone while trying to get it to connect again. I had to leave the bike off to make it easier to turn the wheel as I'm by myself when I had to make the video. Sorry for the poor lighting and blocking the action at times, I did the best I could do on my own trying to get this together so it can be fixed, hopefully.
