Highway Challenge: Rules and Demonstration
3Here's the challenge: Build a profitable city using only the highway intersections. You may upgrade all of the roads near the intersection, within one upgrade distance. You may only build roads to create U-turns within the limits of the On-Off ramps. The city must have one of every service and a decoration. See video for a demonstration of this challenge.
